The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time:
    • Every single purchase is going through order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
    • For the case you’ve been ordering items that are not in stock momentarily, all back-orders are sent to the manufacturer or our suppliers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The respective manufacturer or supplier process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days. Your peace of mind it’s very important to us so you will be informed of every step of the order stage and its path of it to your door.
  • Shipping time:
    • This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 5 – 15 business days across Europe and 15 – 30 to the US. US orders are shipped, usually either by e-packet (which is a US Postal Service product) or FedEx.
    • After processing and leaving the closest warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 30 days to arrive at their destination, as stated before but can take longer from time to time, considering peak times in postal services.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: SmartyHome is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS: All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS: To return an item, please email customer service at returns @ smartyhome . co . uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take up to 7 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
