SHOPPING INFORMATION

We have 2 main hubs in Europe for deliveries, one in UK/London and another one in the Netherlands. Depending on where from you are ordering, the charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We are usually dispatching next business day from your order. The transit times for the parcel within UK is 2-4 days but this can be shorter depending on the delivery option you might have choose at checkout. 

It’s easy to track your order if you have an account with us. Just log in to My Account and click Order History to see your estimated delivery date. If you’ve opted for Home Delivery, you’ll also receive a tracking link by email once your order’s been dispatched.

You can also track your parcel using the courier website, which will be indicated after the dispatch.

As soon as you placed an order and the payment is confirmed, is there is within the working hours, we will start preparing it for you. If the time allows, the order will be included in the daily shipping notes and the courier will come and collect it from us, alongside with all the other orders. Otherwise, if the time is not allowing it, the order will be prepared and dispatched next working day.

Yes. Depending on what payment method you’ll be choosing, you will also get the receipt as a confirmation for your order and paymen.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

As soon as you place the order, the system will send the information to the payment processor of your choice and you will be charged accordingly. If thereare issues with your payment you will receive a clear message with directions on what would be the reason and the next steps you’ll have to take.

You can select products from any category on the shop and add it to the wishlist. The wishlist is a separate created list so you can keep in mind what is of interest to you and only after you compare the products and decide you can proceed to add them in your basket and buy them.

In the unexpected situation, receiving a damaged or wrong item, please contact us back ASAP, and we will facilitate getting the right product at the earliest!

You can always change or cancel your order as long as it wasn’t marked as dispatched. Even after, you can return the product to us within 14 days from the day you received it, as long as you have the original box and the item it’s in functioning condition.

After placing an order, you will be able to track the evolution of it until has been delivered to you.
